Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NFT.Radio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Account Registration

You may access certain features by connecting a cryptocurrency wallet. When you connect your wallet, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
All activities that occur through your account
Ensuring your wallet information is accurate

Important: NFT.Radio never has access to your private keys or seed phrases. We will never ask you to share this information.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Our free tier provides limited access to streaming features with advertisements.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features including ad-free listening, higher audio quality, and exclusive content. Subscription fees are:

Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Non-refundable except as required by law
Subject to change with 30 days notice

Subscriptions can be paid via cryptocurrency or traditional payment methods. Cryptocurrency payments are processed on-chain and are subject to network fees.

NFT Marketplace Terms

Purchasing NFTs

When you purchase an NFT on NFT.Radio:

You acquire ownership of the NFT token on the blockchain
You receive the rights specified in the NFT's license terms
All sales are final and non-refundable
Gas fees are your responsibility

Selling NFTs

When listing NFTs for sale:

You warrant that you own the NFT and have the right to sell it
Platform fees apply to successful sales
Artist royalties are automatically distributed per smart contract terms

No Guarantees

NFT.Radio does not guarantee the value, authenticity, or quality of NFTs. Cryptocurrency and NFT markets are volatile. You acknowledge the risks of participating in these markets.

User Content

You are responsible for content you submit, including comments, playlists, and profile information. You grant NFT.Radio a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You represent that your content:

Does not infringe any third-party rights
Complies with applicable laws
Does not contain malicious code or spam

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the platform for illegal purposes
Infringe intellectual property rights
Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
Create or distribute malware
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
Use automated tools without permission
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Intellectual Property

NFT.Radio and its content (excluding user content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Music available on our platform is licensed from rights holders. Streaming rights do not include rights to download, redistribute, or create derivative works.

Disclaimers

NFT.Radio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for third-party content, blockchain network issues, or wallet security breaches not caused by our negligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFT.Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
