To purchase an NFT, connect your wallet and navigate to the NFT you want to buy. Click "Buy Now" and confirm the transaction in your wallet. Make sure you have enough ETH or the required cryptocurrency to cover the price plus gas fees.

Yes! Premium and Platinum subscribers can download tracks for offline listening. Tap the download icon on any track or playlist. Downloads expire after 30 days and require you to go online periodically to verify your subscription.

To become a verified artist, you need to submit an application through the Artist Portal. Requirements include a minimum number of tracks, consistent activity, and proof of identity. The verification process typically takes 5-7 business days.

We accept cryptocurrency payments (ETH, USDC) on Ethereum, Polygon, and other supported chains. For subscriptions, we also accept credit/debit cards through Stripe. NFT purchases are crypto-only.

When you mint an NFT, you can set a royalty percentage (up to 10%). Every time your NFT is resold on the secondary market, you automatically receive the royalty amount. Royalties are enforced through smart contracts and paid directly to your wallet.

Audio quality depends on your subscription tier and network connection. Free users are limited to 128kbps. Premium users get up to 320kbps. Check your settings to ensure "High Quality Streaming" is enabled if you have a Premium subscription.
